Two months ago I set myself up for the most predictable failure I have ever had. I vowed to go a lengthy 66 days being "the perfect me." This included an immaculate diet, frequent exercise, productive lifestyle changes, regular blogging, and so on. I figured if I pushed myself hard enough, the habits would stick and I would come out a better version of myself. But I didn't factor in one element: I am human. And we as a human race have a limited amount of energy and motivation. The month of May this year was a brutal one for my body, habits, and mind. With a lot of my friends having early May birthdays, myself included, we ended up celebrating together. A lot.
