Most avid travellers probably already know about these time-saving programs, but if you don't, listen up! We're going to be talking about TSA Precheck, Global Entry, NEXUS, and SENTRI. These four programs, once admitted, prove that you are a legal citizen with a clean background. Because of this, you're allowed to skip a lot of the long lines while traveling.Read More
Man, life can really throw you for a loop when you least expect it. Or when you plan for it for several months. As you may or may not know, I just returned from Burning Man in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada. If you're not familiar, Burning Man is a week-long event that takes place in a temporary city built by 70,000 participants who all come to celebrate life, love, art, music, and each other. In preparation, our camp had several meetings a month for the last couple months leading up to the event. Data is everything. It's every photo you've taken since 1995. It's every email you've ever sent or received. It's access to your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, bank accounts, Google Drives, and everything in between. Data is the sum of your digital parts.

That's why The 4-Hour Body's weekly cheat day is such a godsend; I'm able to eat anything my heart desires one day a week. But even then, the other six days can pose a challenge.Read More
Two months ago I set myself up for the most predictable failure I have ever had. I vowed to go a lengthy 66 days being "the perfect me." This included an immaculate diet, frequent exercise, productive lifestyle changes, regular blogging, and so on. I figured if I pushed myself hard enough, the habits would stick and I would come out a better version of myself. But I didn't factor in one element: I am human. And we as a human race have a limited amount of energy and motivation. You can't just say, "I'm never going to eat poorly or drink again, but I'll still hang out with all my friends and continue my overall lifestyle." It just doesn't work that way. Some people might be able to do that, but most can't.Read More
