Who would have known that drinking a proper amount of water would have such a profound impact on the body?
Not even one week ago, I was drinking maybe two or three glasses of water a day. To some, this might sound acceptable. I would have a glass in the morning at work, drink my water bottle in the evening, and have a another glass at some random point in the day. And that was it. The month of May this year was a brutal one for my body, habits, and mind. With a lot of my friends having early May birthdays, myself included, we ended up celebrating together. A lot.
